Delivery

From first workshop to first month-end close

One method for every resort and hotel group: fit-to-standard workshops, written quality gates, a repeatable migration path and acceptance signed by your own process owners.

A method, not a guess

Every project follows the same six phases. Each phase ends at a written quality gate, so sponsor and project team always know where they stand.

Fit-to-standard workshops

We start from a working standard and walk your teams through real resort processes. Gaps are recorded, prioritised and decided together — not discovered after go-live.

Greenfield or brownfield

Start clean with standard processes, bring your history with you, or move only what you choose. The path is decided per hotel, on written criteria.

Migration Workbench

Legacy extracts are profiled, mapped to the ResortNexa load format with proposals your experts confirm, checked and reconciled — in the browser, without uploading the data.

Every balance reconciled

Each migration run ends with a reconciliation report for reservations, deposits, receivables and opening balances. Go-live happens when the numbers match and your process owners sign.

Tested before it counts

A maintained test catalogue covers front office, reservations, housekeeping, F&B, procurement, finance, controlling, interfaces and migration. Your key users sign acceptance per domain.

Academy and onboarding

Role-based learning paths for front office, housekeeping, F&B, procurement and finance. Super users train their colleagues in a training environment before day one.

Licence transparency

Clear licence metrics, with what is included stated up front: a platform fee per hotel, a price per room by edition, fixed-price go-lives and standard support included.

The Migration Workbench

01

Profile

Row counts, empty fields, duplicates, code lists and date ranges of each legacy extract.

02

Map

Proposals from known and similar field names, each with a confidence score; a person confirms every field.

03

Check

Mandatory fields, formats and duplicate keys, listed row by row.

04

Reconcile

Counts and control totals of the legacy extract against what the new system reports.

05

Sign

Mapping workbook, load file and a reconciliation report for the process owner's signature.

The workbench runs in the browser: legacy extracts are read locally and never uploaded. Card data is never migrated.
