Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the platform, its scope and how it is rolled out.

What is ResortNexa?

ResortNexa is an enterprise hospitality management platform for hotels, resorts and hotel groups. Operations, food and beverage, procurement, finance and controlling run on one canonical business model with one audit trail.

Who is ResortNexa for?

Hotel groups that want one standard across their hotels, resort and all-inclusive operators who need real food and beverage cost, and finance teams that want operations and books on the same facts.

Which areas does ResortNexa cover?

Reservations, front office, folio and cashiering; housekeeping, engineering, laundry and linen; food and beverage with POS and costing; procurement and inventory; finance and controlling; group management and reporting; distribution and tour operator contracting; resort operations; quality, HACCP and ESG.

How does ResortNexa support hotel groups?

One organisation model runs from holding to outlet. Hotel teams work in their own hotel, group functions see their authorised portfolio, and group figures are aggregated correctly from hotel facts instead of averaging hotel ratios.

How is ResortNexa rolled out?

Fit-to-standard: each hotel adopts the Hospitality Gold reference configuration, and every deviation is recorded. The usual path starts with back-of-house beside the existing PMS, followed by finance, front office and billing, and group planning.

Does ResortNexa handle country-specific tax and accounting?

Yes. A country-neutral core is complemented by localisation packages for charts of accounts, VAT including hospitality-specific rates, stay tax, withholding tax and foreign currency.

Where is ResortNexa hosted?

On Microsoft Azure and a managed PostgreSQL database in European regions, with separate development, quality assurance and production landscapes.

Can ResortNexa run next to our existing PMS?

Yes. ResortNexa can run back-of-house beside an existing PMS and take over front-office functions step by step, so the hotel keeps operating throughout.

Which languages does ResortNexa support?

The platform and its documentation are available in English, German and French.
