Privacy policy

This website is built to need as little personal data as possible. Here is what is processed, why, and which rights you have.

Controller

The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is the operator named in the legal notice. The operator is established in the United Arab Emirates; the website itself is hosted in the European Union (see Hosting).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) in the region West Europe (Netherlands). When you visit, the hosting platform processes the IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable operation. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.

Cookies and local storage

The public pages set no cookies. Your language and display preference are stored only in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to us. A session cookie is set only when a team member signs in to the internal studio; it is strictly necessary for that sign-in (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG) and expires with the session.

No tracking, no third-party content

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered from our own domain; no third-party content is loaded when you visit the public pages.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Our e-mail is operated with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) under a data processing agreement. We delete the correspondence once the request is settled and no retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact the operator named in the legal notice.

No automated decision-making

We make no automated decisions and perform no profiling on the basis of your visit.

Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always published here.
